Vewado Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Vewado (“Vewado”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vewado website, mobile applications, software, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
Vewado is a technology platform that enables customers to discover, schedule, and manage professional vehicle care services, including but not limited to doorstep car washing, bike washing, detailing, interior cleaning, subscription-based vehicle maintenance, and related add-on services provided by independent service professionals or authorized service partners.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vewado. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies published on the Platform.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

“Account” means the registered profile created by a User to access the Platform.

“Add-on Services” means optional services that may be booked along with a primary service, such as tyre polishing, dashboard cleaning, engine bay cleaning, waxing, or other services offered from time to time.

“Booking” means a confirmed request placed through the Platform for one-time or subscription-based services.

“Customer” means any individual or entity using the Platform to book or purchase services.

“Partner” or “Service Partner” means an independent individual or business authorized by Vewado to provide services through the Platform.

“Platform” means the Vewado website, mobile applications, APIs, software, and any related digital services.

“Services” means vehicle washing, detailing, cleaning, maintenance, subscription plans, and any additional services made available through the Platform.

“Subscription” means a recurring service plan purchased by a Customer for multiple scheduled washes or vehicle care services.

“User”, “you”, or “your” means any person or entity accessing or using the Platform, including Customers and Service Partners where applicable.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
  • All information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
  • You accept all future amendments to these Terms by continuing to use the Platform after they become effective.

Vewado reserves the right to refuse access to the Platform if these Terms are violated.

4. About Vewado

Vewado is a technology-enabled marketplace that connects Customers with trained Service Partners for professional vehicle care services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Vewado does not manufacture cleaning products, own every service location, or directly employ every Service Partner. Service Partners may operate as independent contractors or authorized businesses using the Vewado Platform.

Vewado facilitates:
  • One-time service bookings
  • Subscription-based vehicle care
  • Doorstep vehicle washing
  • Doorstep bike washing
  • Interior and exterior cleaning
  • Add-on services
  • Digital payments
  • Booking management
  • Customer support
  • Promotional campaigns and loyalty programs
The availability of services may vary depending on the Customer’s location, vehicle type, weather conditions, operational capacity, and other factors.

5. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:
  • Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable law.
  • Have the legal authority to enter into contracts.
  • Provide valid registration information.
  • Maintain an active mobile number and/or email address.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Businesses, organizations, and fleet owners may also register for commercial use of the Platform subject to any additional terms communicated by Vewado.

Vewado reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any User at any time.

6. User Registration and Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an Account.
When creating an Account, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
  • Maintain and promptly update your information.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Be responsible for all activities carried out through your Account.
  • Notify Vewado immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
You must not:
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or offers.
  • Register using false, misleading, or impersonated information.
  • Transfer or sell your Account to another person.
  • Allow another individual to use your Account without authorization.
Vewado reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.

7. Services Offered

Vewado may offer a variety of vehicle care services, including but not limited to:
  • Exterior vehicle washing
  • Interior cleaning
  • Water-based vehicle washing
  • Bike washing
  • SUV and premium vehicle washing
  • Dashboard cleaning
  • Vacuum cleaning
  • Tyre dressing
  • Glass cleaning
  • Subscription plans
  • Promotional service packages
  • Add-on services introduced from time to time

The descriptions, pricing, availability, duration, and scope of each service are displayed on the Platform and may be updated periodically.

Nothing in these Terms guarantees that every listed service will be available in every location.

8. Booking Process

Customers may book services through the Platform by selecting:
  • Service type
  • Vehicle type
  • Preferred date
  • Preferred time slot
  • Service location
  • Subscription plan (where applicable)
  • Available add-on services

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • Successful submission of the booking request;
  • Acceptance by the Platform or an assigned Service Partner (where applicable); and
  • Successful payment or payment authorization, if required.
Vewado reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking due to operational limitations, safety concerns, incorrect information, suspected fraud, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Estimated arrival times are provided for convenience only and may vary due to traffic, weather, service delays, local restrictions, or unforeseen operational issues.

9. Service Availability

Services are subject to availability based on several factors, including:
  • Geographic service coverage
  • Partner availability
  • Vehicle type
  • Service capacity
  • Weather conditions
  • Local regulations
  • Society or building access restrictions
  • Public holidays
  • Operational constraints
  • Successful submission of the booking request;
  • Acceptance by the Platform or an assigned Service Partner (where applicable); and
  • Successful payment or payment authorization, if required.
Vewado does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform or Services.
Temporary suspension of services may occur for maintenance, technical upgrades, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Platform Usage Rules

When using the Platform, you agree that you will not:
  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to interfere with Platform operations or security.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or modify any part of the Platform without authorization.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful code.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools without prior written permission.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse Service Partners, Vewado employees, or other Users.
  • Submit false complaints or fraudulent claims.
  • Manipulate ratings, reviews, referrals, or promotional offers.
  • Misrepresent vehicle ownership or booking information.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your Account, cancellation of bookings, forfeiture of promotional benefits, and, where appropriate, legal action.

11. Communications

By creating an Account or booking a service, you consent to receive communications from Vewado through email, SMS, phone calls, WhatsApp, push notifications, or other electronic means regarding:
  • Booking confirmations
  • Service updates
  • OTP verification
  • Payment receipts
  • Subscription reminders
  • Customer support
  • Policy updates
  • Promotional communications (subject to your preferences)
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time; however, essential service-related communications will continue as necessary for the provision of the Services.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Vewado may revise or update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business operations, legal requirements, or technology.
Updated Terms will become effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.

13. Pricing

The prices displayed on the Platform are determined by Vewado and may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to:
  • Type of vehicle
  • Selected service
  • Subscription plan
  • Service location
  • Time of booking
  • Seasonal demand
  • Promotional offers
  • Applicable taxes
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Vewado reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. However, any confirmed booking will be charged at the price displayed at the time the booking is successfully placed.

14. Taxes

All applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), shall be charged in accordance with applicable laws.
Customers are responsible for paying all taxes applicable to their purchases.

Where required, Vewado will issue a tax invoice for eligible transactions.

15. Payments

Payments may be made through payment methods supported by the Platform, including:
  • UPI
  • Debit Cards
  • Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Digital Wallets
  • Wallet Balance (if available)
  • Other payment methods introduced by Vewado from time to time
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
Vewado does not store your complete payment card details, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.
A booking shall be considered confirmed only after successful payment or payment authorization, where applicable.
Failure of a payment transaction may result in cancellation or delay of the booking.

16. Subscription Plans

Vewado may offer subscription plans for recurring vehicle care services.
Subscription plans may include:

Subscription benefits, pricing, duration, inclusions, exclusions, and validity shall be displayed on the Platform.
Subscriptions are intended solely for the registered vehicle(s) and may not be transferred unless expressly permitted by Vewado.

17. Subscription Validity

Subscription plans remain valid only for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
Unless specifically mentioned in the plan details:
  • Unused washes expire upon completion of the subscription period.
  • Unused services are non-refundable.
  • Subscription validity cannot be extended except where expressly approved by Vewado.

Where Vewado is unable to provide services due to operational reasons, service interruptions may be addressed through rescheduling or extension at Vewado’s discretion.

18. Pause and Resume of Subscription

Where supported by the Platform, Customers may temporarily pause their subscription.
Pause requests:
  • Must be submitted through the Platform before the scheduled service.
  • Shall be subject to the maximum pause duration permitted under the selected subscription.
  • May not be available for promotional or discounted plans.
Repeated misuse of the pause feature may result in suspension of subscription benefits.

19. Missed Washes

Where supported by the Platform, Customers may temporarily pause their subscription.

  • The vehicle is unavailable.
  • Access to the vehicle cannot be obtained.
  • The Customer requests cancellation after the service partner has arrived.
  • Society or parking authorities deny entry.
  • The Customer cannot be contacted within a reasonable time.
  • Unsafe working conditions exist.

Repeated misuse of the pause feature may result in suspension of subscription benefits.

Where the missed wash results solely from Vewado’s operational limitations, the service will generally be rescheduled without additional charges.

20. Carry Forward of Unused Washes

Unless expressly stated in the applicable subscription plan:
  • Unused washes shall not carry forward to the next subscription cycle.
  • Promotional washes are not redeemable for cash.
  • Complimentary washes have no monetary value.
Vewado may, at its sole discretion, permit carry-forward benefits under specific promotional campaigns.

21. Booking Cancellation

Customers may cancel a booking through the Platform.
Cancellation charges, if any, shall depend upon:
  • Time remaining before the scheduled appointment
  • Whether a Service Partner has been assigned
  • Whether the Service Partner has already arrived
  • Subscription terms
Repeated cancellations may affect future booking privileges.

22. Rescheduling

Customers may reschedule bookings through the Platform, subject to:
  • Service availability
  • Operational capacity
  • Applicable notice periods
Vewado does not guarantee availability of the originally selected time slot after rescheduling.
Repeated rescheduling requests may result in cancellation of the booking.

23. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility shall depend upon the circumstances of each booking.

Refunds may be considered where:

  • Payment was successfully processed but the booking could not be completed due to Vewado’s operational reasons.
  • Duplicate payments were received.
  • Technical errors resulted in incorrect charges.
  • Services were cancelled by Vewado before commencement.
Refunds will generally not be issued where:
  • Services have already been completed.
  • Incorrect booking information was provided by the Customer.
  • The Customer was unavailable at the scheduled service time.
  • The vehicle was inaccessible.
  • The Customer voluntarily cancelled after the applicable cancellation period.
  • Subscription validity has expired.
Approved refunds shall generally be processed to the original payment method within the timelines prescribed by the payment partner or applicable law.

24. Promotional Offers and Coupons

Vewado may introduce promotional offers from time to time.
Unless otherwise specified:
  • Coupons cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Coupons are non-transferable.
  • Coupons have no cash value.
  • Coupons may expire without prior notice.
  • Certain vehicle categories or services may be excluded
Vewado reserves the right to cancel any promotional offer where misuse, fraud, or technical errors are identified.

25. Referral Program

Customers may receive referral rewards through referral campaigns operated by Vewado.
Referral rewards may be subject to:
  • Successful registration of the referred user.
  • Completion of an eligible booking.
  • Compliance with campaign terms.
  • Verification of genuine referrals.
The following activities are prohibited:
  • Self-referrals.
  • Fake accounts.
  • Multiple accounts.
  • Automated referrals.
  • Fraudulent transactions.

Vewado reserves the right to revoke referral rewards obtained through misuse.

26. Wallet and Credits

Where the Platform provides a digital wallet or promotional credit balance:
  • Wallet balances may be used only for eligible Vewado services.
  • Promotional credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Wallet balances may expire if specified.
  • Wallet balances may not be transferred between accounts unless expressly permitted.

Vewado may suspend or reverse wallet credits obtained through fraud, abuse, or technical errors.

27. Service Availability Delays

Estimated service times are indicative only.

Service delivery may be delayed due to:
  • Traffic
  • Weather conditions
  • Vehicle accessibility
  • Partner availability
  • Public events
  • Government restrictions
  • Technical issues
  • Force majeure events
Such delays shall not automatically entitle Customers to compensation unless required by applicable law or expressly committed by Vewado.

28. Service Completion

A service shall generally be considered completed when:
  • The booked service has been performed in accordance with the selected package.
  • The Service Partner marks the booking as completed through the Platform.
  • Any required customer confirmation is received, where applicable.
Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle promptly after service completion and report any concerns through the Platform within the timeframe specified in the applicable support policy.

29. Rewash Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to Vewado.
If a Customer believes that a booked service was not performed substantially in accordance with the selected package, they may report the issue through the Platform within the prescribed time.
Following review, Vewado may, at its discretion:
  • Arrange a complimentary rewash;
  • Offer service credits;
  • Provide a partial refund where appropriate; or
  • Decline the request where the service was delivered in accordance with the booking or the issue arose from circumstances beyond Vewado’s control.
The availability of a rewash or other remedy will depend on the nature of the concern, supporting information provided, and Vewado’s assessment.

30. Invoices

Invoices and payment receipts shall be made available electronically through the Platform and/or sent to the registered email address or mobile number.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their billing information is accurate.
Requests for invoice corrections should be submitted within a reasonable period after the transaction.

31. Customer Responsibilities

Customers play an important role in ensuring safe and efficient service delivery. By booking a service through Vewado, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate booking and contact information.
  • Ensure the selected vehicle belongs to you or that you are authorized to request services for it.
  • Make the vehicle available at the scheduled location and time.
  • Provide safe and lawful access to the vehicle.
  • Inform Vewado of any special instructions before the scheduled service.
  • Ensure the vehicle does not contain hazardous, illegal, or dangerous materials.
  • Treat Service Partners respectfully and professionally.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in delays, cancellation of services, additional charges, or suspension of your Account.

32. Vehicle Access Requirements

To enable successful completion of the booked service, Customers are responsible for ensuring:
  • The vehicle is parked in a safe and accessible location.
  • Parking restrictions do not prevent the service from being performed.
  • Entry permissions for residential societies, offices, or commercial premises have been arranged where required.
  • Necessary keys or access instructions are available if applicable.
  • Pets, valuables, cash, confidential documents, and other personal belongings are removed or securely stored before the service begins.
Vewado and its Service Partners are not responsible for delays or incomplete services resulting from restricted access or inaccessible vehicles.

33. Water and Electricity Requirements

Certain services may require access to water and/or electricity.

Where the selected service requires customer-provided utilities:
  • The Customer shall ensure uninterrupted availability of water and electricity at the service location.
  • Utility connections must comply with applicable safety standards.
  • Service Partners may decline to perform services where utility conditions are unsafe.
For waterless or self-contained services, these requirements may not apply.

34. Society, Apartment and Parking Restrictions

Customers are responsible for obtaining any permissions required by:
  • Residential societies
  • Apartment associations
  • Commercial buildings
  • Parking management authorities
  • Security personnel
If a Service Partner is denied entry or prevented from performing the booked service due to restrictions beyond Vewado’s control, the booking may be treated as a Customer no-show or cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.

35. Customer Availability

Customers should remain reasonably reachable during the scheduled appointment.
If the Customer cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts using the registered mobile number or other available contact methods, the Service Partner may:
  • Wait for a reasonable period;
  • Mark the booking as unsuccessful;
  • Proceed to the next scheduled appointment.
Repeated incidents may affect future booking privileges.

36. Weather Policy

Certain services may be affected by adverse weather conditions, including:

  • Heavy rainfall
  • Thunderstorms
  • Flooding
  • Extreme heat
  • Strong winds
  • Natural disasters

Where weather conditions make service delivery unsafe or impractical, Vewado may:

  • Rescheduled the subscription appointment within the same billing cycle, subject to service availability and scheduling capacity;
  • Cancel the affected booking without penalty to the Customer; or
  • Offer an alternative appointment or Vewado coins the Customer’s account.
Vewado shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by weather conditions beyond its reasonable control.

37. Service Partner Responsibilities

Service Partners registered with Vewado are expected to:
  • Arrive within the scheduled service window where reasonably possible.
  • Conduct themselves professionally.
  • Wear appropriate identification or uniform where applicable.
  • Use approved equipment and cleaning materials.
  • Follow service procedures established by Vewado.
  • Respect Customer property.
  • Comply with applicable laws and safety requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding Customer information.
Failure to comply with these standards may result in suspension or termination of the Service Partner’s access to the Platform.

38. Safety and Workplace Conditions

Service Partners may refuse or discontinue a service where:
  • The work environment is unsafe.
  • Illegal activities are observed.
  • There is a risk of violence or harassment.
  • Hazardous materials are present.
  • Animals pose a safety risk.
  • Access to the vehicle presents an unreasonable danger.
Such decisions shall be made in good faith and with reasonable consideration for the safety of all individuals involved.

39. Vehicle Condition

Customers acknowledge that:
  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, faded paint, loose trims, damaged accessories, or pre-existing defects may exist prior to the commencement of services.
  • Vehicle cleaning cannot repair existing damage.
  • Certain stains, paint marks, oxidation, rust, or interior damage may not be removable through standard cleaning procedures.
Customers are encouraged to report any existing damage before service begins.

40. Damage Reporting

Customers acknowledge that:
  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, faded paint, loose trims, damaged accessories, or pre-existing defects may exist prior to the commencement of services.
  • Vehicle cleaning cannot repair existing damage.
  • Certain stains, paint marks, oxidation, rust, or interior damage may not be removable through standard cleaning procedures.
Customers are encouraged to report any existing damage before service begins.

41. Service Quality

Customers acknowledge that:

Customers may submit ratings and reviews following completion of a service.
Where service quality concerns are substantiated, Vewado may, at its discretion:
  • Arrange a rewash;
  • Offer service credits;
  • Provide additional training to the Service Partner;
  • Take corrective action against the Service Partner; or
  • Provide another appropriate resolution.
The appropriate remedy will depend on the circumstances of each case.

42. Customer Conduct

Customers shall not:
  • Abuse, threaten, or harass Service Partners.
  • Use discriminatory or offensive language.
  • Request illegal services.
  • Demand services outside the booked package without appropriate payment.
  • Interfere with the Platform’s operation.
  • Submit false complaints or fraudulent claims.
  • Attempt to solicit Service Partners outside the Platform in violation of any applicable agreements.
Vewado reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate Accounts involved in abusive or fraudulent conduct.

43. Service Limitations

Customers shall not:

Unless expressly included in the booked service package, Vewado does not guarantee:
  • Removal of permanent stains;
  • Repair of paint defects;
  • Removal of oxidation;
  • Scratch removal;
  • Dent repair;
  • Rust removal;
  • Restoration of damaged interiors;
  • Elimination of odors caused by mechanical or structural issues.
Results may vary depending on the age, condition, and maintenance history of the vehicle.

44. Customer Property

Customers are advised to remove valuable items from the vehicle before the scheduled service.

This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Cash
  • Jewellery
  • Electronic devices
  • Important documents
  • Personal identification
  • Laptops
  • Cameras
  • Keys not required for the service

Vewado and its Service Partners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle unless such loss results directly from proven negligence.

45. Photographs and Service Records

To improve service quality, resolve disputes, verify service completion, or support training, Vewado or its Service Partners may capture photographs of the vehicle before, during, or after service.
Such photographs will:
  • Focus primarily on the vehicle and service area.
  • Be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • Not be used for advertising or promotional purposes without obtaining any consent required by applicable law.
Customers who object to the capture of photographs should notify Vewado before the commencement of the service. In such cases, Vewado may limit certain quality assurance or dispute-resolution processes where photographs would otherwise have assisted.

46. Independent Service Partners

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Service Partners providing services through the Platform operate as independent contractors or independent business entities.
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Customers and Service Partners.
Vewado acts as a technology platform facilitating bookings and supporting service delivery.

47. Compliance with Laws

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and governmental requirements while using the Platform.
Customers shall not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that may adversely affect Vewado, other Users, Service Partners, or third parties.
Vewado reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

48. Customer Feedback

Customer suggestions, reviews, ratings, ideas, and feedback are valuable in improving the Platform.
By submitting feedback, you grant Vewado a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, adapt, and display such feedback for the purpose of improving its products and services, provided that any personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

49. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and relating to the Platform, including but not limited to its software, source code, databases, trademarks, logos, trade names, designs, graphics, icons, text, images, videos, user interfaces, documentation, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Vewado and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Your use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership rights in any intellectual property belonging to Vewado.
Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, you shall not:
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or modify any content from the Platform.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.
  • Use the Vewado name, logo, or trademarks without prior written permission.
  • Create derivative works based on the Platform.
Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

50. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

The collection, storage, processing, disclosure, and protection of your personal information are governed by the Vewado Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.

51. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, including but not limited to:
  • Payment gateways
  • SMS providers
  • Email service providers
  • Mapping and navigation services
  • Analytics providers
  • Cloud hosting providers
  • Customer communication tools
These third-party services operate independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Vewado is not responsible for the availability, security, functionality, or practices of any third-party service.

52. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vewado makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, including warranties relating to:
  • Continuous availability of the Platform;
  • Accuracy or completeness of information;
  • Suitability of Services for a particular purpose;
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation;
  • Freedom from viruses or other harmful components.
While Vewado strives to provide reliable and high-quality services, results may vary depending on vehicle condition, weather, operational constraints, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

53. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vewado, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:
  • Indirect or consequential losses;
  • Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities;
  • Data loss;
  • Business interruption;
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, government actions, or force majeure events;
  • Actions or omissions of independent Service Partners beyond Vewado’s reasonable control.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Vewado’s aggregate liability arising from a particular claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer for the specific booking giving rise to that claim, except where a greater liability is required by applicable law.

54. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vewado, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
  • Your breach of these Terms;
  • Misuse of the Platform;
  • Violation of applicable laws;
  • Infringement of third-party rights;
  • Fraudulent or negligent conduct by you.
This obligation survives termination of your Account or these Terms.

55. Suspension and Termination

Vewado may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, with or without prior notice, where:
  • These Terms are violated;
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected;
  • Payment obligations remain outstanding;
  • False information has been provided;
  • The Platform is used for unlawful purposes;
  • Customer safety or platform security is at risk;
  • Repeated abusive behaviour toward Service Partners or Vewado personnel is reported.
Upon termination:
  • Your right to access the Platform will cease.
  • Outstanding payment obligations shall remain payable.
  • Vewado may retain information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

56. Force Majeure

Vewado shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure in the performance of its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
  • Natural disasters;
  • Floods;
  • Earthquakes;
  • Fires;
  • Severe weather;
  • Epidemics or pandemics;
  • Government actions;
  • War;
  • Civil unrest;
  • Strikes;
  • Power failures;
  • Internet or telecommunications outages;
  • Transportation disruptions.
Where practicable, affected services will be rescheduled or alternative arrangements will be offered.

57. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

58. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform:
  1. The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith discussions.
  2. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.
  3. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with applicable law.
  4. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mohali, Punjab, India, unless otherwise determined by Vewado or required by applicable law.
  5. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where permitted by law.

59. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be interpreted to the minimum extent necessary or, if required, severed from these Terms.
The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

60. Waiver

Failure by Vewado to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
Any waiver shall be effective only if made in writing by an authorized representative of Vewado.

61. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without Vewado’s prior written consent.
Vewado may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.

62. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the following documents, constitute the complete agreement between you and Vewado regarding your use of the Platform:
  • Privacy Policy;
  • Refund and Cancellation Policy;
  • Subscription Policy;
  • Any additional guidelines or policies published on the Platform.
These documents supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter.

63. Changes to These Terms

Vewado reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on the Platform with the revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform.

  • Electronic acceptance through the Platform has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms.
