Welcome to Vewado! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vewado mobile application (the “App”) and the premium subscription-based doorstep car care services provided by us (the “Services”). By downloading, registering, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Subscription & Billing
* Subscription Models: Vewado offers various recurring subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing at the frequency specified (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually). *Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. You authorize Vewado to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle. * Cancellation & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the App. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.
2. Service Access & Parking Requirements
*Access Permissions: By booking a service, you grant Vewado’s authorized service personnel (“Washers”) permission to enter your designated parking spot, residential complex, or property at the scheduled time. * Permits and Clearances: You are solely responsible for ensuring that Vewado washers are allowed entry into your building, society, or parking facility. Any parking fines, society objections, or access denials are the user’s responsibility. If a washer is denied entry, the scheduled wash may be forfeited without a refund. * Vehicle Condition: You must ensure the vehicle is parked safely and securely. Please ensure all windows, sunroofs, and doors are completely closed prior to the scheduled service.
3. Liability & Limitations
* Pre-existing Damage: Vewado is not responsible for any pre-existing scratches, dents, paint peeling, or mechanical issues your vehicle may have. * Incidental Damage: While our washers take premium care, Vewado’s liability for any direct damage proven to be caused by our service is strictly limited to [Insert Amount, e.g., the cost of the subscription]. * Valuables: Users must remove all personal belongings and valuables from the exterior/accessible parts of the vehicle. Vewado is not responsible for any lost or missing personal items.
4. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to our staff, or is detrimental to other users or our business interests.
