  • Vehicle Information: Vehicle make, model, color, registration/license plate number, and photos (if uploaded for vehicle identification).
  • Location & Address Data: Precise geographical location of your parking spot/residence to allow our washers to locate your vehicle.
  • Payment Information: Payment details are collected and processed directly by our secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. Vewado does not store your full credit card or banking details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:
  • Facilitate, schedule, and execute the car care services at your doorstep.
  • Process your subscription payments and renewals.
  • Allow our service personnel (Washers) to identify and locate your vehicle.
  • Send you service updates, booking confirmations, and customer support messages.
  • Improve the functionality and user experience of the Vewado App.

3. Sharing Your Data

  • With Service Personnel: We share your vehicle details and parking location with the assigned Vewado washer so they can perform the service.
  • Third-Party Service Providers: We share data with trusted third parties who handle our payment processing, map routing, and push notification delivery.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

4. Data Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill your subscription services and comply with legal obligations.
