Refund Policy

At Vewado, we strive to provide a reliable and convenient vehicle care experience while ensuring fair scheduling for both our Customers and Service Partners. This Policy explains the terms applicable to refunds and Vewado Coins for bookings made through the Vewado Platform.

1. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Vewado shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways after the refund has been initiated.

Non-Refundable Charges

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following charges, if applicable, are non-refundable:
  • Convenience fees;
  • Platform or service fees;
  • Payment gateway charges; and
  • Any other caharges clearly identified as non-refundable at the time of booking.

2. Vewado Coins

Where Vewado issues Vewado Coins under this Policy or any promotional campaign:
  • Vewado Coins may only be redeemed for eligible services available on the Platform.
  • Vewado Coins cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, transferred, sold, or gifted.
  • Vewado Coins may have a validity period, after which any unused balance will automatically expire.
  • Vewado reserves the right to revoke Vewado Coins obtained through fraud, misuse, technical errors, or abuse of promotional offers.
  • Vewado Coins cannot be combined with certain promotional offers unless expressly permitted.

3. Exceptions

Vewado may make reasonable exceptions to this Policy in exceptional circumstances, including:
  • Technical failures of the Platform;
  • Duplicate payments;
  • Verified operational errors by Vewado;
  • Medical emergencies supported by reasonable evidence; or
  • Natural disasters or other extraordinary events.

Any exception granted under this section shall be at Vewado’s sole discretion and shall not create a precedent for future cases. 

4. Changes to this Policy

Vewado reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time.
Any revised version will be published on the Platform with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after such publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

By confirming a booking through the Vewado Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy, as amended from time to time.
This Policy forms an integral part of the Vewado Terms & Conditions, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of both.
